8:00 AM – Gourmet breakfast prepared by Silenzio Bruno’s private chef.
9:00 AM – Depart from the villa for Alberobello (50-minute drive).
10:00 AM – Guided walking tour of Alberobello with Michele, exploring its iconic trulli and rich history.
11:30 AM – Burrata-making class & Lunch: Learn the art of crafting this signature Apulian cheese, followed by a light lunch featuring a curated selection of local delicacies.

1:30 PM – Short drive to Locorotondo (10 minutes).
Explore this charming whitewashed village at your own pace, strolling through its picturesque streets and panoramic viewpoints.

11:30 AM – Whitewashing experience with Beniamino: Join one of the last custodians of this ancient art and actively participate in refreshing Ostuni’s iconic white facades.
