ITINERARY – 2025 DAY-BY-DAY

March 19 - Itria Valley & Burrata making class with lunch

10:00 AM: Pick-up from Borgo Egnazia after breakfast. Transfer to your first experience of the day.
10.30 AM Alberobello guided walking tour
12.00 PM Burrata Making Class, where you’ll have the chance to learn the art of making this iconic Apulian cheese, followed by a light lunch featuring local Apulian products.
1:30 PM: Transfer to Masseria Montenapoleone for check-in.
Massage session at Herbarium, ensuring a relaxing start to the evening.
7:00 PM: Dinner hosted by Masseria Montenapoleone, where you’ll enjoy a selection of locally sourced delicacies.

March 20 – Lecce & Ostuni

Breakfast in Masseria.
11:00 AM: Pick-up and transfer to Lecce (approx. 1-hour drive).
12:00 PM: Lecce guided walking tour & food tasting
Site visit to Patria Palace Hotel
3:00 PM: Depart from Lecce and stop in Ostuni for a scenic visit to this hilltop town known for its whitewashed buildings and panoramic views. Spritz Aperitif before driving back.

March 21 – Departure Day

Breakfast in Masseria.
9:15 AM: Pick-up for Mr. Brahim and transfer to Brindisi for his flight (ITA AZ1624, departing at 11:20 AM).
11:00 AM: Pick-up for Mrs. Sarah and transfer to Bari.
12:00 PM: Self guided tour in Bari
1:30 PM: Transfer to Bari airport for Sarah’s flight (FR78, departure at 15:30 PM).
